Shipping

Custom items range 4-8 weeks depending on the exact design.

All items are shipped via Fed Ex. We ship using the 2 day priority shipping or overnight express shipping.
 
We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Please allow additional days for delivery during this high volume season to avoid disappointment.

We will continue to ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible.

Tracking My Order -

Tracking information will be provided once production is completed and order is sent off.

To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

If your tracking number does not work visit www.fedex.com to manually input your tracking number.
   
 Missing Your Order?

1. File Claim with FEDEX
2. Contact us to let us know you haven't received your item yet.
3. If item was Laika Couture priced $750+ and was shipped out but tracking stopped updating, please file an online police report this way we can have FEDEX held liable for refunding you.
4. Wait for FEDEX investigation results.
